4.) Fill the dough into a loaf tin lined with baking paper. If you don’t use a silicone loaf pan line ALL SIDES with parchment paper so the bread will release easily. Smooth the top, but don’t press down too much – keep as much air in the dough as possible. Bake at 180 Celsius / 350 Fahrenheit for about 45 minutes or until a knife inserted comes out clean!

For salmon, I found that quality is directly linked to the price 🙁 I mean, sometimes Tesco and Giant would sell them at good prices but they seem to be, I dunno, off in a way. Rather than not eating salmon, I’ve decided to buy cheaper cuts and cook that instead. I’d buy the head and make salmon fish head curry. If you like fish curry, try this – so good!

The best part about this bread is that it makes it so much easier to eat a low carb diet. Yes, there are some savage beasts (joking) that don’t miss bread at all and are happy to just eat bacon seven times a day, but if you’re anything like me, bread was a staple of your diet growing up and you still have a look of yearning in your eyes when they drop that bread basket in the middle of the table at family dinner. I feel your pain. This low carb bread recipe is your shoulder to cry on.
Recently bought the Panasonic automatic bread machine .will appreciate if you can advise the time I need to bake the bread as there is no keto recipe mentioned. The gluten free recipe using 1 egg & 1 egg white with potato starch , xanthum gum and milk powder , vinegar and butter is prescribed for 4 hours. I was thinking of following the same timeline for your fabulous recipe. Thanks for prompt response.
Curry puffs or as we call it, Karipap is a comfort food for Malaysians. Well, any Malaysian food is comfort food to us. 🙂 Karipap is also known as epok-epok and is quite similar to Empanadas. Karipap is a dough stuffed with dry curried minced meat or sardines and then fried. Some add a quarter of a hard boiled egg in it. On a regular day, I would make Karipap using ready made puff pastry as I don’t have a good hand with dough ( I always over handle it).
